My Shop from 2006-2012

These are pictures of my shop in a 2 car garage in Clovis, CA after graduating with a manufacturing/industrial engineering degree from Cal Poly, SLO in 2006. I had an Italian made Bike Machinery frame Fixture that I bought in 1987 from Brent Steelman when I was living in Santa Rosa. Also bought my first lathe, manual vertical mill and a Haas TM-1 CNC mill. You can see my first sub-weldment  fixtures that I made for welding laser cut dropouts to my manually bent chainstays. Also, you can see the bender I made for .625x.035 and .750x.035 4130 cro-moly tubing. I used the CNC mill to make my own frame fixture after realizing the Bike Machinery fixture could not build frame with a reach longer 450mm or head angles slacker than 69 degrees.
