Shipping policy
At Kostrikin Bikes, we offer a range of shipping options to ensure your products are delivered smoothly and reliably. We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx.
For express and expedited shipping, please be aware that our products are carefully packaged upon order, which may add 24-48 hours to the processing time before your item ships. Keep this in mind when estimating your delivery time. Additionally, transport carriers do not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days. For example, if you place an order on a Friday, processing will begin on the next business day.
For our EU Customers, please contact us first with the items you wish to purchase, your name and full shipping address and any special delivery requests. We will calculate the most accurate and cost effective shipping options and email you a shipping quote within 1-2 business days. Once you confirm the shipping quote, we will email you a custom order invoice with the shipping cost included. You can then securely pay this invoice using your preferred payment method. Your package will be shipped from the USA using Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. This means import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by you upon delivery. These charges are set by your country’s customs agency and are out of our control. We recommend checking your local import tax rules before ordering. A commercial invoice will be attached to your package that will include the correct HS (Harmonized System Codes) for your item(s), the value of the item, the shipping cost and the total invoice value (CIF) as well as your name, your address, your phone number, and email address. The HS code will be used to assess the Import Duty while the total invoice value (CIF) will be used to assess the VAT. Additionally, there may be a handling fee and a customs clearance fee. You will be notified by either the shipper or their countries postal service provider and provided with a payment request by email, text, or postcard. You must pay online or at delivery before receiving the package. Payment options typically include iDEAL, credit card, or other local methods. Once you pay the required VAT + duty + fees, the package is released and delivered. If you don’t pay within a certain time frame, the package may be returned to the sender or held in customs.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.
